Hi there. I’m Eric, a strong, detailed, adept and intuitive sport and deep tissue focused massage therapist.
I offer bodywork sessions that blend sports massage, deep tissue, trigger point and functional body mechanics techniques with relaxation, shaman based energy work and when appropriate, coaching to help men restore mobility, build power, realign the body and evolve the mind.
My background:
I approach my work with 20+ years experience as a private practice sport and deep tissue CMT with additional training in sports nutrition, sport conditioning, Morpheus Recovery Based Training, shadow work coaching and trauma resolution techniques through Humanistic Neuro-Linquistic Programming.
What does that mean for your bodywork needs?
I am a diversely trained and practiced healer with many years of experience helping guys build, restore, and tune
the body and mind to handle the demands of life as part of the LGBTQIA community.
We train hard, deal with a different kind of societal stress that demands personal exploration and evolution
to stand as our true selves. That takes a toll on the body and mind.
I'm also a creative artist and men's integration coach, so I'm always growing, learning, connecting with other healers and exploring for a full life.
My Clients:
I work with all kinds of guys, around the world, different ages and body types. Most are guys training for muscle in the gym, or sports like rugby, cycling, MMA, weekend warriors and also guys dealing with injuries and issues no one's been able to help with. I'm the guy to call "when the body needs fixed". My bodywork sessions are welcoming, low filter and purposeful so you walk away a changed man. Just let me know what you're dealing with.
